To deliver on this Philosophy our commitment is to invest in training and development of our people (from apprentices through to management), improve safety and environmental management, and workplace relations.

Hawkins Group’s impeccable 35+year record of delivering safe projects without causing harm to the environments in which we operate is backed by a solid framework of safety procedures and support, overseen by our Safety Manager and assured by our managers and supervisors.

We meet the special challenges of safety on high compliance and remote sites through strong communication with clients, gap analysis, risk assessments, induction processes and regular on-site audits. We train all of our supervisors to be safety-wise and safety champions.
