Hawkins Group were engaged to refurbish and additional 60 accommodation rooms at Foxleigh Village  in 2022 after the completion of an original 60 rooms in 2021.

The works consisted of stripping out the original camp rooms, re-sheeting them with pre-finished plasterboard, installing new vinyl, sanitary fixtures and fittings, shower cubicles, FFE, lighting etc. to extend the lifespan of the assets.
